Hi, I’m Kelsey (she/her)

I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) based in Los Angeles, driven by a genuine curiosity in people and their stories. My background working in the film industry gave me a unique insight into human narratives, but it was a meaningful personal experience with therapy that inspired me to pursue a career in mental health.

Though I’ll always enjoy a good movie night, my main focus now is helping clients break free from the narratives that hold them back, guiding them toward authenticity and fulfillment.

No matter what brought you here, I understand that starting therapy or beginning with a new therapist can be overwhelming. I’m here to provide nonjudgmental support each step of the way. If you're feeling unsure about the path ahead, know that you're in the right place to start making sense of it all.
