Rooted in mindfulness, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and attachment theories, my practice is personalized to meet the distinct needs of each client, moving beyond a one-size-fits-all perspective. I combine exploration with practical skills, helping individuals in managing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and other mental health challenges.

My work focuses on rewriting personal narratives, utilizing my storytelling passion to help clients understand how their past impacts the present, shifting them from self-doubt to empowerment and authenticity. I focus on helping clients set healthy boundaries, communicate their needs and desires effectively, and foster genuine connections.
